Career Development and Training will ensure:

Informal on the job training and feedback will be given to staff by the CEO in regards to VET and operational matters both prior to operations commencing and ongoing during operations.

The training programs will be dependent on the course for students.

Training can comprise of several methods:

Face to face at the RTO for the set duration of the course

Distance education online with Moodle and coaching

Face to face through workshops and designated corporate style training aligning the business requirements to the training required.

School – VET in school programs from Certificate II through to Diploma courses. This training can be either through the school premises (dependent on the number of students at the ‘said’ school or at the RTO premise
