By completing a skills-set this allows for Nationally accredited units of competence being offered through a Statement of Attainment (SOA). A Skills Set is not a full course and allows participants to acquire knowledge and skills and gain a Nationally accredited unit of competence.
What is a skill set - A skillset is the knowledge, abilities, and experience needed to perform a job. Specific skill set areas can include human relations, research and planning, accounting, leadership, management, and computer skills.
These can be a combination of Soft skills are interpersonal or people skills and Hard skills are classified as technical skills.
